Beeswax (INS-901)
Food additive used as a glazing agent, also having emulsifying, anti-caking, thickening, colorant substance-support and stabilizing functions.
It is a natural polymer produced by bees. As an additive it comes in the form of E 901(i) – white beeswax or E 901(ii) – yellow beeswax.
